Default What will I say if I get stopped by the garda?

I mean, what if I said I was just visiting a friend, that happens to be a female, and yes we had sex, how's that illegal then?!, how can they prove money was exchanged?

Any tips? don't fancy getting caught, arrested, convicted and named and shamed all over the newspaper!

You're not obliged to say anything, just give your name and address, if they persist tell them you want to speak to your solicitor. Don't admit anything and they'll let you go on your way. I'm lucky enough to know a couple of gardai who would never suspect me of indulging in such activities so if I'm ever stopped I'll tell them to phone the gardai I know for a reference.

Just tell them it is useless telling or asking you anything because you have this mental condition that no many times you read or hear anything you just don't understand it.

If you lived up to your name you wouldn't be saying anything anyway.

    MrBean likes his hotel appointments.

Its a tricky one this and no one knows, it all depends on the circumstances , at present, name and address is all you need to give but was the friend as you say on her own, the likelihood here in most cases will be No, otherwise the Guards would not have stopped you in the first place as will target those apartments of multiple occupancy for obvious reasons
Again where were you stopped ?
At present the Guards are not enforcing the law, but have stepped it up a bit but that could change even more and if it does a name and address won't suffice, asking for a solicitor won't either as you won't stand a chance no matter what others might tell you on here.

So you are saying I can use my legitimate autism as an excuse for not wanting to talk when stopped?

The only questions you have to answer is your name and address. Anything else just say no comment. Eventually they will get the message and send you on your way.

Nope. I meant this has been discussed ad nauseam and I just wondered, how many times does it need to be discussed?...
