I turned 43 recently. I've got a few gray hairs, not too bad but this morning I noticed a couple of hairs very slightly protruding from inside my right ear. I trimmed them straight away to hide the evidence ,but what's next ffs !!

Joint pain ,pissing into the front of your trousers, forgetting what you had for breakfast or even if you had breakfast,chest pains.

Cut down on the calories,cut down on the carbs especially, get out and exercise while the joints still carry you and go for regular ,yearly ,medical check ups where you question the medical staff and have things explained to you.
