Its not Bond stuff, how is it? its normal stuff anyone can and should learn, you will find these attackers are cowards who attack the vulnerable, if faced with someone with confidence who can defend themselves most leg it,you won't learn it over night but you will learn and at least the girls should give yourselves a fighting chance, its about getting yourself out of danger

I am saying here if you have some confidence and the skills just to stun your attacker just for a few moments to enable you to get out of there, out of the danger zone and with training you both gain confidence and the skills to enable you to do that and both will come in time with practice.
