As for receiving a reference from an escort that is entirely up to her.

You go to an escorts forum profile and at the top of the page on the right there is references. If you log in there should be an option to leave a reference. If not it may be because you're not an established member.

Bit difficult if you are banned, maybe.

Open his/her (see, PC, not gender specific

) profile page, and under "references" click "give a client reference"
