My comment was posted not to say that sex trafficking does not exist ,But that groups like Ruhama use very exaggerated numbers , One of the ways they do this is by changing the definition ,Some groups would like every female sex worker to be classified as trafficked .A lady who works for Ruhama now at one time worked for a similar group in the U.K they received by 2009 over 6 million pounds sterling in funding ,Eventually they were exposed by a number of media outlets/newspapers as Lying about the trafficking figures/numbers they were releasing to the media

With access to a UK Human Trafficking Centre (UKHTC) report, although Operation Pentameter was the UK’s biggest ever investigation of sex trafficking it, “failed to find a single person who had forced anybody into prostitution in spite of hundreds of raids on sex workers in a six-month campaign by government departments, specialist agencies and every police force in the country.”

The analysis, produced by the police Human Trafficking Centre in Sheffield and marked “restricted”, suggests there was a striking shortage of sex traffickers to be found in spite of six months of effort by all 55 police forces in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland together with the UK Border Agency, the Serious and Organised Crime Agency, the Foreign Office, the Northern Ireland Office, the Scottish government, the Crown Prosecution Service and various NGOs in what was trumpeted as the largest ever police crackdown on human trafficking.

“Of the 406 real arrests , 153 had been released weeks before the police announced the success of the operation: 106 of them without any charge at all and 47 after being cautioned for minor offences. Most of the remaining 253 were not accused of trafficking: 73 were charged with immigration breaches; 76 were eventually convicted of non-trafficking offences involving drugs, driving or management of a brothel.Of the 15 people convicted of trafficking, ten literally provided transport and there was no coercion as part of the case. And of the remaining five, some were in the system before Pentameter.

Lol to threaten family member? Do u think in our countries we don't have Police??) We do! and they are much worse then here believe me. Nobody can get away with threatened the family member , we are not in Al Capone movies here. I had a conversation in a contradiction with a garda once and he claimed exactly what u do that pimps threaten family members. Bul.. it. The ones who was forced to do sex work and their cases have been in court was when girls from country side mostly was fooled they and their family in getting decent jobs in other countries and once they got there their phone was taken away and contact with family was cut and they were beaten up and forced into prostitution. Some runed and went to police and finally after a while the aggressors was caught and sent in jail for long long time. Drug debts? lol Most of girls dont use drugs at all or not to the point to ''feed their addiction' as this 'nice media' paint the picture about us as drug addicts and other low life people

You are indulging their hobby by replying to them.
Same old nonsense went on for page after page, two years ago when "the law " was being introduced in the south, with a couple of the same red bar characters repeating themselves over and over and droning on as long as someone replied to them.
Read this again and stop indulging them and wasting your time.

The escorts posts sounded a bit naive and misleading to me, but that's just my opinion.
People will do what they do. In my opinion if you visit a girl who charges 200 per hour that's a good starting point to reassuring yourself she's not coerced.
After that use your wits to assess her conditions.
Ok, I think that's me and this thread done. Cheerio.

When u get this money pf course u want this to continue and lies become bigger and bigger and bigger. They know because of the stigma escorts will not be in rush to go on the streets to claim their rights . Some do and all my admiration for them... but not to many unfortunately

I first come across it Cherry many years ago in Belfast where these Foreign terror gangs were up to everything from Racketeering to drugs to Prostitution. Trafficked to me is being forced and yes they will pretend its an agency then but these gangs are smart. The way they are operating at present to avoid detection, the way they've blended in. Escorts could be sharing with one at present and not know it or care as all keep to themselves and get on with making money and are only acquaintances never friends
