Why would Escorts care about you or any client.
people they don't personally know and who they will probably never see again, they don't care and why should they.
If you are apprehended by the police you only got yourself to blame for being there, don't expect escorts or others to be there for you as they won't
Maybe it would be nice if Ei made some form of effort to help out. Only thing I have seen is a few opinions by flock nothing concrete.

What do you suggest? Free legal insurance with every three reviews you write?

Nothing is a substitute for your own common sense and intelligence, not dropping yourself in it, and getting good legal advice in the unlikely case that you do get problems.

    A few things

If there are court summons they will be for the local court in the area of the alleged crime

Anyone looking for a good solicitor would be better looking at criminal solicitors and your u won't find them here

If your solicitor can not get the charges dropped get them adjourned as long as possible

The longer the case adjourned the more chance the Garda won't persue it or not turn up, and the media will be all over the first cases if any end up in court

By having it adjourned, if any cases are thrown out it will help your case

And even if they do, a good solicitor could see it not even heard in court. But you won't get a good solicitor by asking here!
I know i'm good at my job and have sent him a pm.
Why do you make light of a serious issue, it is very serious indeed,
Just a few years ago I was giving advice to Escorts and clients, clients who had to appear as a witness to give evidence against escorts who were brothel keeping, Again a very unsettling and daunting job to do but now I'm giving advice to clients as the tables have turned drastically.
I'm afraid its going to get worse, one client I have been in contact with was stopped on his way out of the Escorts apartment while they were getting his details another was questioning the Escorts.
I don't want to say any more on this but we can not really do much in these situations as already sewn up by the Police Officers.
For what it's worth if you want to continue visiting escorts make sure they are working alone. If you're smart and just give what you need to give to the Officers which is your name and address they will have to work very hard to make a case. Its the clients leaving the apartment rooms of the Escorts sharing that the Officers will be able to build a very good case.

And of course any client caught engaging with a genuinely trafficked escort is in extremely serious trouble!

but the courts don't need a conviction for your life to be turned upside down, your name can still appear in the local rags and that enough to cause you plenty of damage is it not?,

Where did I say anything to suggest that.

If a case is adjoined the press won't report as they won't know the charges as they wouldn't be read out, once the case is called, your solicitor can request an adjournment beofe the Garda even speaks, and he or she can already have approached the Garda or DPP for their consent

If your solicitor can't get it dropped the longer the adjournment the more chance it collapses anyway, or most other cases are heard and the press have lost interest

Again anyone charged needs to see a good solicitor.

Blind faith/hope all youre going on here, just because of an ajournement won't mean the case is dropped, you do know its depends on the prosecution and judge too you get on the day, it depends what they got and I don't believe the media will drop cases like these so quickly either, its just up their street so in you will go, conviction or no conviction, The Sunday World Rag loved destroying our lives
