Guards wouldn't ask so many questions.

I didn't say that so I'm not sure what you read. I was showing how a reg on a car doesn't necessarily identify you.

If they have your car reg, it will lead back to you. Except you have stolen it.

Not if you're not in your own car. I've often driven other people's cars before. Log book had nothing to do with me.

And yes if you have stolen it.

True, more trouble than it is worth to them and they probably wouldn't bother, but they could go to the last registered owner and work from there.

Moral of the story; as Barney says, don't park to close or in an obvious place. Not only guards but some relative, friend etc. could see the car and wonder why it is there. And the same applies if it is not your car, a friend of the owner may ask him/her about how strange it was that their car was parked there. And he/she will think, "I lent my car to that bollox Jinxed and he has left it parked outside the local brothel."

What if ? If your Aunty had balls she'd be your uncle.

    But she hasn't got balls.

    So she isn't your uncle.

    And she's still your Aunty.
    Hello darkness my old friend.....

Yes, and possibly the first crime that they can prove against you.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

FFS lads completely over thinking things. Stop being so paranoid.
I am qualified to give you guidance on this if you can read between the lines.

    (1) a garda will only ask you anything if they suspect you have committed a crime or you are acting in any way suspicious.

    (2) you'll never be asked straight out what your name and address is off the bat unless they are convinced you are up to no good. Usually lead up questions will be asked designed to make you nervous, trip over your own tongue and implicate yourself.

    (3) if you manage to find yourself in a situation where you are being grilled then name and address is all you need to give, you are then entitled to walk away or they will need to bring you to the station for questioning at which point they have to declare to you the reason this is being done. You are also entitled to ask why these questions are being asked of you and are under no obligation to answer anything more than your name and address without a solicitor being present.

    (4) unless you're a fucking idiot you are not going to get arrested for visiting an escort or a massage parlour. Places that are under surveillance are known or suspected brothels or apartments where there are more than one girl working from or where it is suspected that girls are being exploited.

    (5) nowhere is going to get raided if you avoid point 4. Go see an escort that is completely independent, you'll be able to gather that info from the reviews section here. Same deal with massage parlours offering happy endings, go to a place that offers legit services and does not openly advertise any sexual services unless you physically go in and enquire. For a place to be raided a warrant is required, there needs to be a high level of evidence for a warrant to be granted. For that reason the concentration is focused on brothels and where women are being exploited.

Gardai are arresting people visiting brothels or where suspected trafficking is taking place. Stick to the above guidelines and there is nothing to worry about. There is a database held of these places that are being staked out so just do a bit of research and don't draw attention to yourself when you are visiting places and you'll be fine.

there is no need for all the commotion, if you stick to fully independent girls who you know for sure are working alone then you wont have any trouble from the Police or Guards. Like they don't even monitor these places as its no interest to them.
When I visited I parked the car in premises car park and met Guards in the past but knew I was safe as they'd no interest here.
