What I don't get in all of this is the issue of being seen coming out of an apartment... are they witnessing people coming out of a specific apartment, or just the block of apartments? Cos if its just the block, I think that will never stand up... you could be coming or going to visit anyone.

It's profiling to a point. Guards are trained to spot unnatural behavior. The men leaving could have flushed faces and smiles from ear to ear looking real proud of themselves. Probably very easy to spot.

but that is where you become unstuck and all down to how they want to do it, If they want to enforce it properly and have nabbed you either in or coming out from Escorts apartment room the rest of it is plain sailing for them and unfortunately an easy prosecution
