Tony like myself I think you have been doing this for a while ,and your comments make sense, the Garda are going to chat to you like your a mate and they know what’s going on and there’s no harm , i think it’s better to stay quiet and be considered a fool than open your mouth and prove it .i think if stopped I would gladly give my id and just say I do not wish to answer any questions, I think legally this is okay , but I’m not sure how the guards on the scene will take itOriginally Posted by TonyMike

If they know that you have been in a known brothel or 2, they may try to establish whether you are punter or pimp or trafficker. Be prepared for a tough question or 2, Gardai have been known to bluff.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
And left.
When the guards raid a premises they can confiscate the escorts mobile phone as evidence. They can then work backwards and get the details of every client who phoned or sent a message.
Also if you leave a review you are providing proof that you have committed a crime. It would not be very difficult for the Gardai to trace you through an IP address. It might be a good idea to ask EI to delete all your information as is your right under GDPR.
Well if you're dim enough to use your real name in the review and not have a dedicated punting phone then yes, but hopefully those people thin out the herd for the rest of us.
I mentioned this a while ago in another thread. When the new law was introduced a lady who works permanently in my area started advertising an article for sale on DoneDeal, something like an iPhone or laptop. This gave the client the perfect excuse to visit the apartment and the advert to back it up. If she had a genuine call about the advertised article she just said it was sold. The crime is paying for sexual services so your number on a ladies phone would amount to nothing. Giving a review and specifying the amount paid might be a different matter. Maybe omitting payment details on your review and also if the ladies omitted their rates from their profile page. A quick phone call will determine her rates, there is no real need to display them on her page. Would it be the case of .. no details of charges, no details of money paid ; ergo! no crime committed !!
Nice idea yes, Saw similar mentioned before but Guards heard it all before, Again will only work for very discreet Independent good English speaking escorts who know their clients very very well. I don't really see the Guards bothering with such Escorts as these anyway
Cheers Stonie. I thought it was a great idea, the advert would have to be there with the phone number and the article available for inspection if they questioned the lady. Imagine being stopped by Gardaí and showing them your copy of DoneDeal with the advert highlighted. Not much they could do really !!
