It's seems you know nothing about what's going on with your property and relying on neighbors to keep you informed which is not good.
Its sub-letting and was that in the contract? most likely not and most likely a Brothel too as well by the sound of it which makes it even worse for you.
You need to get them out fast and acting stupid and saying you knew nothing about it won't work as ignorance is no excuse as I am sure thats what you'll be told when you're in front of the judge.
Escorts are great tenants but some like most folk will take liberties after awhile if they get the chance, You need to keep yourself right here and keep on top of it

People take anyway and may not have any harm in it and people add a bit to it as well. I had a similar experience with an apartment as Tony but thankfully did not lose much money
