err silly and potential gross question but without going into much detail anyone know the best ways to make sure their clean and hygienic when bottoming? I think it depends on how you feel yourself and who you are going with.

I would suggest you ask them what they would like you to do, but you have already done that here!

Some people just make sure they are clean on the outside with baby wipes and soap and water and reckon their will probably be a bit of poop.
Others go the whole douche run and try to get every bit out they can.
