Hay fever is no joke when you have it. It feels Iike the worst flu possible. Sore all over, stingy eyes, blocked nose and freezing cold even though it's 28° in the middle of June.

I rubbed my eyes that much, the white had puffed out and I couldn't close them properly.

As for sex, I don't know if it helped, I was always taken tablets.
And since living where I am, I have not suffered from it.

Cetirelif allergy tablets by Eireceutica was the best I ever encountered ,fast acting non drowsy unfortunately not available any more. Zirtek are pretty reliable, taken when required along with Goats milk which is a great boost for the system all year round especially for a rendezvous with a charming lady.
