This thread has been enlightening & I thought I would give my thoughts.....

I would agree that escorts appreciate reviews as this reflects their line of work & to be honest a great way to get exposure & generate interest with potential clients. This is why there is a common practice for fake reviews written by themselves or by their pimps. I can fully understand why EI have to assess whether a review is fake or not because it is unfair if reviews have been written to boost an escort profile. Punters should remember that 'Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder' - what is one man's meat is another mans' poison etc.

Following the comments made I personally think the review system does not reflect the popularity fairly as there are escorts who have reviews from clients who frequently visit them eg: Chocoman seeing Sara 12x. is a prime example. As Stewie said it does tend to distort the review system if the most popular reviewed escorts have clients who repeatedly post reviews. It is not imperative to report back to EI about every visit you have with an escort - I would say 2/3 times is reasonable unless you have a bad session with an escort you once had a good time with. As Anna so rightly said if her regulars wrote a review for every visit to her then she would not have to advertise again. It highlights the fact that is it really necessary or even fair to post more than 2-3 reviews???

If you were to look at how the system works you may/may not agree that it does seem unfair. For example:

Escort A (55 reviews) - 6 guys x 5 good reviews (=30) + 15 single reviews + 10 bad reviews
= ONLY 21 clients/good reviews

Escort B (50 reviews) - 6 guys x 5 good reviews (=30) + 20 single reviews + 0 bad reviews
= ONLY 26 clients /good reviews

Escort C (40 reviews) - 5 guys x 3 good reviews (=15) + 18 single reviews + 7 bad reviews
= ONLY 33 clients/good reviews

Escort D (35 reviews ) - 35 single reviews + 0 bad reviews
= ONLY 35 clients/.good reviews

Therefore if you were to remove the bad reviews & duplicated reviews from the same clients then the list would change to:

Escort D (35 reviews)
Escort C (40 reviews)
Escort B (50 reviews)
Escort A (55 reviews)

Why should Escort A be on the top of the list just because her punters deem it necessary to post a review after every visit. It is very obvious that by posting more than 1-3 reviews that the punter likes Escort A but some clients may visit Escort D on a regular basis but has only posted one review because he doesn't feel it necessary to post again & again.

EI admin would argue if they stipulate a maximum number of reviews then punters/clients could post reviews under a false ID in order to generate interest for a particular escort. As in this arguement about Chocomans' necessity to review 12x it does seem to show favouritism & intent to boost Saras' exposure & increase her popularity. It doesn't seem fair when another escort may have a client who has seen her twice as many times but doesn't know how or doesn't want to do a review.

In my opinion I think it would be an idea to somehow incorporate a list where it shows single reviews from clients but if they wish to include more than one review then it should be highlighted next to the User ID. For example:

EscortNaughtyGirl - 31/05/09 review - Punter IrishNaughtyman (4)
The (4) would represent the number of reviews IrishNaughtyman has done for NaughtyGirl -

So all you will see are single reviews by individual clients with a numbered bracket for multiple reviews from a particular client . It would then be up to the individual punter to make a judgement on the number of reviews.

I hope the above makes sense & I don't know if my suggestion would be workable.
I would be interested to read your thoughts on this - would it be fair? would it work? Wonder what EI Admin think about this?

Yes he went over board but the current EI system allows him to do this so he is not breaking any rule here and its very unfair to label his reviews as all fake and also not fair to the escort concerned, I would agree with Luther to remove a couple of his reviews and unrate the other reviews,

No point to review only 1 or 2 girls so often, we already know the guy likes her.

I have made a suggestion that any punter that deems it necessary to write a review more than 3x should have the number of reviews in brackets so potential clients can view individual reviews for a particular escort instead of seeing 50 reviews where there are 30 multiple reviews (6 guys who write 5 reviews each). If a client goes back more than once - then great but is it really necessary to read about it several times over. Correct me if I'm wrong but all a punter wants to know is if the escort is good, bad or ugly & worth seeing or not!........so if a punter wants to read further reviews from a client who has visited a specific escort several times then he can choose to read them by accessing the numbered bracket - as follows:

Besides I don't think its fair that a particular escort who has someone like Chocoman who sees her 12x gets a review every time subsequently making her more popular to potential clients as she is in the Top10 & yet another escort gets all the guys who have no idea how to write a review! Although its not just fakes - its the multiple reviews that make the others seem unworthy of a visit.

It has really surprised me that none of EI addicts have come forward with their criticisms & comments! Usually they are the first to input when it comes to a debatable subject like this...! It makes me wonder why....

Some good points made above by Lauren. Like you say it would like to see more EI addicts give their opinions and comments. I think its harsh to callout all Chocoman's reviews as fake and its unfair to the escort (Sara) in question as fake tag could damage her reputation. Agree with Luther here and also that maybe EI needs to put a limit on the number of reviews a punter can give a girl (e.g max of 5 reviews per user) as anything more could be seen as escort promotion
