That is frustrating. If time and location allow, have plan B and plan C in the phone ready to call. If you end up calling plan D try to make sure you don't call her by plan B C or A's name.

That's like me on Sunday rang girl at 1.30pm to confirm I would be there at 3.30 as was 2 hour drive. Been wanting to see her for so long and she never in my area so decided it was time I went too her. All her reviews were good.
