That is frustrating. If time and location allow, have plan B and plan C in the phone ready to call. If you end up calling plan D try to make sure you don't call her by plan B C or A's name.

In That case , I think ‘save up’ (time and resources) :to visit a reputable Provider: better strategy

than grasp at straws xxx

Hopefully the majority of providers are reputable and the advice on here, which I concur with, is to always have a plan b, c etc. No need in most cases to grasp at straws methinks.
