And it should also be noted, that neither of those cases had anything to do with conventional prostitution or sex work. The first case involved a guy offering a random cleaner at a petrol station money for a sex act, the second case was regarding a man who followed a 14 year old around before offering her money for sex.
Contrary to what the DUP wants us to believe, it was already illegal to harass women in their workplace, and it was already illegal to offer 14 year olds money for sex, so the new law is redundant.
