I hear you and I agree that a lot of ecorts would fall into that bracket, however there are a good few who wouldn't, and would have a lot of concerns for the well being of there clients.
I think we'd only need to look on this thread of some who generally would care.

I agree with you. and i have 2 examples here where fear make u to see and believe things not exist . 1.I was in London , sharing with another lady at that time. I was outside to buy food when she rang me desperately that ''Police is knocking on the door , what i do, i,m scared ''and i could say she was terrified like she killed someone and they are after her, told her to not open and stay quiet because i will get home soon. When i got home nobody on the hallway nothing. I opened the door with the key she was sobbing , crying... and keep repeating i want to go home can u buy for me a plane ticket for tomorrow morning? was her first time being an escort and she was 38 yo but so scared she was. I said calm down tell me what happend , how do u know was Police.. she said yes was Police they knocked on the door was voices man and woman and i heard the police shoulder microphone ... ok said and then, ? There is no doubt a huge amount of over reaction here, but it's driven out of substance, for me the risk would be the media fall out, having your name plastered for friends/ family/ wives/ kids/ future partners. ( luckily i only 1 in that list.)
