There is no precedent regarding the "new law" But there is regarding various old laws, and pretty much anything is included. Including domination. And the way the new law is worded, as Cherry says, would probably have a wide compass.

So paying for a lap dance could be illegal !! Why are the Lap Dancing places not closed down ??
