If i,m not wrong in the law is not saying specific paying for sex but paying to get a sexual gratification or something... so and a handjob at the end of the massage lead to sexual gratification, and strap on and any activity like a lapdance and guy cum watching will be something leading to sexual gratification. There is no precedent regarding the "new law" But there is regarding various old laws, and pretty much anything is included. Including domination. And the way the new law is worded, as Cherry says, would probably have a wide compass.
