Texts messages are always evidence in the court even after they are deleted, am I wrong? Some solicitor here to get us out of doubt?

texts are evidence yes but then so are the calls if can be linked to you to other person and vice versa. Immediate deletion is vital.

You don't have to be in border counties for texts to get lost or delayed, it happens in the Irish heartland too.
I still have not wrapped my head around whatsapp. Could someone put up a user guide?
