so easy to nail the guy and don't give us the crap about not one single case proven under the law. why? because they were not bothering. This has now changed
if the police wanted to they could be arresting at least 10 guys not even including escorts per day and you know it and you do know the penalties here too are much worse if caught with a trafficked lady

However, with a few exceptions, you are not obliged to answer their questions. Police become expert at "just talking" to people and implying you have to give an answer.
you do have to give your name if the police ask for it, end off

I'm not a legal person but before a guard can enter your home or apartment he must have a warrant and this warrant can only be got by him or her applying to a court for one and they must show proof to a judge that this house is being used as a brothel now I would find it hard to believe that a judge would issue a warrant on the basis that the guard saw numerous men entering it in fact you could be using it for massages so I can't see how they got a warrant in the first place, again I don't know the law but can a girl use the apartment on her own to see clients and is this then NOT classified as a brothel so how can a guard show to a judges satisfaction that it is a brothel unless he had visited it himself before hand and saw 2 girls in there offering services I believe this man when the guards turned up admitted to buying sex and that's how he was caught, the reason I believe the full facts are not out there as to how he was caught is to deny us the chance to protect ourselves by having advice given on this forum that in the event of a similar thing happening

You will find it so difficult and anyway the Escorts will sink you big time, think about it, if they are spared a jail term, maybe keep their money, you think they care about you, clients like you and me are nobodies and if we are out of the picture it doesn't matter as there plenty more to cum along to take our place
For starters, I'm not going to be in an obvious brothel.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

That is a different law. Any guy that visits and does business with coerced, trafficked persons deserves the book threw at them.
Most of us on here are only interested in meeting consenting adult escorts

Common misconception. You don't. Under specific circumstances, yes, but you cannot just stop you and demand you tell them your name. They can ASK but you don't have to tell them except under certain circumstances. It they think they have powers to demand your name, they must tell you under what law they are asking.

The law is the law no guard can enter a premises without a warrant they must show just cause so anyone caught in an apartment with a single lady in it cannot be found guilty of a crime as the case will be thrown out as the warrant that procipated the findings before the court is invalid IE the warrant is issued to search a brothel , if a warrant is issued it MUST state clearly why it was issued no judge will issue a warrant to search an apartment or hotel room to see if it is being used as a brothel .
