Exactly Nina I’m paying those kind of rates it’s the only way to get a good safe apartment to work from. I’ve been offered cheaper but they are shitholes. Plus all the other expenses it’s easy £5000 in expenses a month.

The price you pay for non shared accommodation is really high lately. Not only in Dublin but everywhere. If you don’t want to share with anyone for the week and have the place for yourself then you have to be prepared to pay 100-130/day. So rents go as far as 700-1000/week. For someone to not have their own place and tour alone that’s easily 4000/month. Which is a lot than many people pay for rent. Add up advertising costs, transport and you easily get to 5000/month. And that’s just travelling from one place to another and advertising. Nothing else. Some people think we have it easy when it’s actually not that easy.

Absolutely the truth. I'll admit she is expensive per hour and specialize in longer meet. She has one client who books her for a full day every time she comes over. That's two and a half grand for one day plus he pays for hotel and dines her for the day. Thing he loves her or something. Lol
