People have to take their own risks.

Some will gleefully jump out of airplanes on material attached to little strings (Ok its a parachute but to me its tiny skinny little strings) and think that is worth the risk people like me think them crazy.

Everyone has to weigh up the risks and if you want to continue to see Escorts be choosy about where they are and if they are sharing.

Be honest the only real victims here are the unknowing wives and children.

Clients know they are taking a gamble, the ones at home know nothing so no client really has to play poor victim in

this, I do have sympathy for clients who are caught in this most unfair idiotic law but you are not the real victims

when you knew you were taking the risk.

I've decided that I'm going to continue punting carefully, maybe concentrate on revisits for a while and keep my mouth shut if caught. But if it comes to prosecution, I'll be jumping no strings attached. The gardai can have fun picking up the pieces.

May be first person to be caught under the "new law" but others have been prosecuted before. More likely to be struck by lightning.

I don't know the circumstances of what happened but I suspect he "volunteered" in other words pleaded guilty instead of getting competent legal advice. Often even the threat of a lawyer will make the cops back down. Give them a gift horse by not contesting and they won't look it in the mouth.

Having read the article in yesterday's Sunday world!! This has scared the crap out of me! I think my punting days are over. If I was caught it would be fucked (and not in a good way) my job is garda vetted: I say I would be fired straight off and I'd say my family would kill me.
