I would say the answer to the first two questions is 'yes they do'.
With regards to changing the bed linen,it would depend on the previous client as changing bed linen after each client is kind of impratical (obviously if his cum is on the linen then a change would be needed but most escorts place a towel over the linen in the eventuality that a client may cum on the linen....much easier to put a fresh towel over the linen).

hahah funny questions and i think u realise nobody can give an answer to this neither clients or escorts . I am an escort but i cant talk in the name of all escorts as everybody is different, so i can talk only in my name:

If we are so demanding concerning to Hygiene I guess that what is expected is for us to do the same, in fact, we can't ask for a thing if we don't follow the example.
Shower between clients off course (that's just common sense I hope), brush your teeth and mouthwash them not only because of FK but because we eat as well, some of us smoke etc. a great scent in the apartment and the room, and in my case i only use white sheets and white towels, just to prevent thoughts of "ohh am i laying on a used sheet etc", i don't know for you, but for me would be a down breaker
