To be honest, the chances you have caught anything by giving unprotected oral are pretty low. The fact that you're experiencing symptoms in an entirely unrelated body part means it's almost certainly due to anxiety rather than infection. The best thing to do is bite the bullet and attend a clinic for an STI screen. You'll have to be honest with them, because a throat swab isn't part of the routine screen for men that solely report sex with women.
I think you'll find that your symptoms will melt away once you have a negative result.

Joking aside, you were probably hoping someone on here experienced the same symptom. But everyone is different. The only advise anyone on here can give is to get checked out.
On the plus side, your symptoms are quite mild, previously stated, the risk from oral sex is low, most ts girls look after thier sexual health better than we do & get checked regularly. Miss Rammer said it in so many words, your more likely to catch something from a one night stand, an online hook up, sauna or cinema etc.
St James's run a great clinic, I suggest you try there, they'll test for everything & answer any questions you have.
