It's actually clear why he is asking the question.
Anyone who doesn't understand his concerns is either tone deaf or deliberately misreading his motives.

If he has concerns then all he has to do is say no.

The girl doesn't really need.you to vouch for her, she is loaded with cash if she is playing the game right, and fair play to her if she is opening up a property portfolio. Help her out for sure if she needs some legal rubbish with an Irish/European citizen, but dont think this is some kind.of gateway to marriage and eteranal bliss, it's not, its business.

You mean the risks to him, like providing a false reference or being linked to her previous activities? If he cant internally figure these out and be comfortable with those issues then he is not the man for this . References are issued two a penny , I think its a character reference that is being asked for , anyone with HR experience will know that checking references will yield v little actual info apart from confirming dates and role.

There are any number of plausible explanations to issuing references, the assumption is that the person will be found out. Its not high crimes here where a full on investigation will be launched if she is .

The Girl will be v determined to not be exposed, she has way way more to lose generally, she will work hard and keep her apartment in perfect order .
this requires trust from both parties . If this guy has a lot to lose and has not the temperament to accept those risks , they both should walk away. You can either handle this stuff or you cant . To me it looks doubtful given the post.

Of course. I often think that succesful escorts would make a sucess in any other business as well. They also know how to keep appartment tidy.
These girls are exceptional. Able to work succesfuly in a foreign environment without any support.
Anything i could do for any that i know well i would do just like people i meet in other areas of my life

Women do not need references to get employment. If it is her first job, it will become apparent quickly once employed. All she needs is to say that she has been a kept woman or housewife or mother, and is looking for her first job. Honesty is worth more than any piece of paper.
Or if she is willing to bring her life skills to the bargaining table, she can drop to her knees and do her interviewer a favour, with the promise of more is she gets the job.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

I have been lucky enough to have had a long conversation with one escort who is now retired. She was looking for alternative employment at the time, and her biggest fear was running into ex clients, either at interview or as employees or clients of her new employer.
