Yes I'm a big supporter of Sigmund, his theories have been proven time and time again.........

And that was just by what was going on inside my crazy mush..............

As for QPH.................. well I'm afraid it would be unethical of me to discuss his case in any sore to detail.......

    Just PM me...........

But you've jumped to a very quick conclusion there Doozer........... anything you want to tell me...........

The fact that that kind if thing is very prevalent in your conscious would lead me to believe your problems are deeper ............ I'd here to delve deep into your subconscious I think.........

    Now just relax..........

Allow you're eyelids to grow heavy and you mind to relax and drift away............

    ZZZZZzzzzzzzz..........

    Not that far away Doozer.............

    Wakey wakey.....................

The PM was very conscious of matters of protocol and would have only been shocked and mortified if she were to turn up in a similar type of outfit, same colours etc. and be seen to upstage HM. So the PM had her private PA contact HM's private PA to ascertain what HM would be wearing to the function. HM's PA did'nt know what HM intended to wear and requested of the PM's PA why the PM was interested to know. The PM's PA explained that the PM was very conscious of what she wore in HM's presence and did not want people to get the impression that she had somehow attempted to upstage HM in terms of her dress.

HM's PA replied that "HM does not pass any notice on how people are dressed".

And therein lies the difference between education and intelligence.........intelligence can exist with little or no formal education and intelligence transcends what can be achieved through the education process. The best that can be said for education, is that, it is a formal mechanism for empowering, motivating and assisting the individual to tap into and utilise their own innate intellectual ability. The same results could be achieved through self-study, work experience, vociferous reading or watching educational and informative TV programmes.

Some of the most successful and wealthiest business people had little or no formal education.......Andrew Carnegie, Mohamed Al-Fayed, Bill Cullen, Alan Sugar, Oprah Winfrey etc.

There is no correlation between bad spelling and also dyslexia and sub-normal intelligence.

Snobbery, condescension and the reliance on abusive behaviour to sustain an arguement are not signs of intelligence.

Everybody is entitled to post their material according to the rules......if you don't like it, I believe there is an ignore button somewhere around in here............it's far better to use it than to display your own ignorance.
Now if anyone wants an example of how to conduct oneself they have only to look to Carlos. He is the only one here who could hog tie all of us with one hand tied behind his back and win any debate with style, humor, wit and massive intelligence and not even break stride. Which is one reason I hope not to go up against him on anything as I would lose bigtime and I am man enough to admit it…

As I said before he is the jewel in the E-I forums crown and I recall once saying he should be paid by the post...

What???......... Ah FFS.............. why didn't somebody tell me sooner...........

To anyone here who may have seen me in a professional capacity............ em sorry........... no refunds given and.............well...........................as it turns out your are prob all nuts after all..........

Doozer you are quite correct of course, while he may be credited with the original concept that many forms of therapy still follow, many of his ideas were a little off the wall. Although his concept of free association and transference are still very much in use today.............

This is suggestive and had it's place depending on the result that is desired, effective as you say for a cure, or when dealing with phobias, habits etc. but not an accepted form for cause or analysis of an existing problem.........

Free association is more commonly termed as "linking" now I think............
