A great quote by freud was "that the only person you should compare yourself to is you in the past."
How many teenage adolescent girls look at VS models and wish they were like them.
A lot of them grow out of it. But some of them dont.

When home I do that for fun .
I do not understand.
What is the ‘Madness’ about that ??
Athletes : how many hours a day / per week do They train to keep in form ??
Being a Model is a Job with specific requirements .
For a doctor , there’s continued education and credits and nr of hrs one must maintain
to keep license current .
Firefighters , policemen (/women) Must attend gym to maintain weight , agility , and
general physical fitness as a condition of their Job . Where’s the “Madness” ??
I do not understand x

That's true. Back when the VS brand started the models were curvier than their current models and the "Angels" were deemed too big for regular fashion catwalks. Models like Tyra Banks, Laeticia Casta, even younger Gisele Bunchen Adriana Lima and Heidi Klum had more curves when they started for VS than they did later.
I think that was what made the brand so fresh and exciting. The models jiggled when they strutted down the catwalk in lingerie, or on tv in an advert. Somewhere along the way it changed and now they look like just another fashion show. There's more hype, but less sex appeal about it now.
Cool post. Very honest and nice to know sex work has helped you appreciate how sexy you are.

I don’t think that they do that workout every single day. But fair play to who does that daily.
[B][I]Life is too short for bad coffee and bad sex.
Try trekking Himalayas six hrs every day for 10 weeks !
It’s a beaut lol

A lot of it depends on their view of what the 'fantasy' is. For Victoria's Secret, they are selling a very specific 'fantasy' to their customers, which doesn't include transgender or plus-sized models. I don't agree with that at all, but if that is what Victoria's Secret wants to stick with then so be it.
The problem is that they've shot themselves in the foot by not being inclusive and by taking such a harsh stand on it. It has given other businesses the opportunity to thrive by including plus-sized and transgender models, so they can go "our 'fantasy' includes everyone". VS have alienated a lot of their customers. This isn't going to end well for them.
I saw Nikita's video response to VS. I'm absolutely in awe of her. She's so stunning!

I totally agree Stephanie - as you say, inclusion is good and proper but if there is a genuine market for something then the manufacturers and retailers will be the first to jump onto it. I don't think forcing something to be included is a good idea - who is that going to help?
Recently I have seen a number of ads on TV advertising lingerie for plus sized ladies by companies who specialise in this market - will people be calling on these companies to include size one ladies in their range?
