I have had a lot of fantastic experiences recently with tantric masseuses - so good that I would probably not go for a "standard" erotic massage now. If you want specific recommendations I have written reviews.

Michelle Fox gives a great Nuru massage.

What’s the difference between nuru and Tantra, I haven’t had either but I’m keen to experiment

No happy ending there ?? So I’d say go for nuru...unless you don’t want happy ending?

I've had a few tantra and they've all had a HE, the slow build up meant the finish was all the better!

The ladies can answer better, but here's my take:

Nuru massage is a body-to-body massage with special Japanese "nuru gel", which is less liquid than standard massage oil. It is warmed, and the massage is mostly done with the girl's body rather then her hands. Many girls advertise "nuru" but just provide a standard body-to-body massage, which does not compare. The only true nuru I have had was with Michelle Fox. If you search for "nuru" on a porn site you will get a good idea.

Tantric massage uses all the senses, including massage with hands, stroking with a variety of textures, such as soft cloths, feathers, silk. It may include hot cloths being applied, and usually includes warm oil massage. Candles and meditative music are common. Often the lady begins with you standing, sometimes with eye-to-eye contact, sometimes including hugging. Often a variety of scented oils are used. Breathing is an important part of it - you are encouraged to relax completely and breathe deeply. One thing I like about the tantric massages is they are never the same twice, even with the same provider - a sort of erotic mystery tour. When done well it is as much a mental / spiritual experience as a physical one.

Both usually end happily. One remarkable thing about the tantric ones is that a couple of times I have had a genuine multiple orgasm - coming twice within a minute or two without any "down time". Both normally assume no touching without permission and no sex, but there is an exception to every rule.

I could not have put it better myself as that has been my experience.

Once had a fantastic Nuru massage because the provider had a light touch and managed to reach every crevice.

Will have to read Midlifecrisis reviews !!
