Default If The Guards Stop you...Potential Article Advice

OK folks, I want to do a piece on what to do if you get stopped by the guards under this Nordic model bollocks. However, I actually don't know what to say so would love some advice for other punters from escorts and punters on this page.

Feel free to post any advice you have been given, or used in the recent years since this became more problematic

    Rule number one;

Don't get caught! That way you don't get to speak to any cops! Don't be an eejit, use common sense, and don't look out of place and draw attention to yourself.

Remain calm and don't get flustered.
    Be polite and courteous.
If asked for a name and address give it,but give very little information other than that.
Speak in your normal tone ,don't speak hurriedly or in a high pitched tone.
Look them in the eye in a friendly and non confrontational fashion.
Being in the vicinity of an apartment or an apartment building is not a crime.
If they suspect you may have committed an offence they may try to appear as your friend. They will appear sympathetic and ask you for your story. If you oblige ,one of them may begin writing it down and asking you to sign a statement. If you do you will have done their job for them and it will be presented as evidence. Give as little information as possible and do not sign a statement.
If caught "in flagrante delicto" they may use subtle pressure as in asking if you are married or about family,i.e. what would they think?
Try to appear indifferent or disinterested. They may lose interest in pursuing that line of manipulation.
If you think you've done something "en outrι" and they may have you over a barrel-ask them if they are going to charge you with something-if not bye!
If they charge you ,accept your possible notoriety and fine or ask to speak to a solicitor to discuss your options(and try and choose a solicitor who may be au fait with the modern world not the guy who handled your grandfather's will and is also in The Legion of Mary.)

Above all ,be polite,be confident,be taciturn.

That's exactly it — look like you belong there and no one will question you.

You see some clowns wandering around with a phone to their ear looking totally lost and then repeating the door code out loudly as the lady tells them it If they meet anyone in the lift or on the corridor they nearly shit themselves — they stick out like a sore thumb!

Don't get fresh with a Garda; anything you say may well be be used against you

    Other than that, keep safe
    Odds against you?

You don’t know how you are going to react until it happens , and how you are approached by the Garda.
I was pulled in (full sirens) by an unmarked car one afternoon after s punt , they asked for license, checked tax etc and asked where I was coming from , I told them I was looking at a job on a particular street , and they said they knew where I had been but they weren’t interested in me , they were concerned the girl was being trafficked and asked a few more questions about her and the flat she was in.
Kept saying I was not to worry, now I was bricking it but my gut feeling was these guys were straight up,so I cooperated as much as I could , but not revealing very much .
And they sent me on my way , but a very nerve wracking experience

Close encounter with the law there mate. You where right to cooperate with the police. Good to see the law is taking it serious about trafficking and I hope that Lady was ok.

One question mate and answer if you like to or not. You said police questioned you about the Lady you seen and concern that she was being trafficked. Did you feel anytime that Lady was trafficked or going against consent when there in her company.......?

You made my day mate, as it seem the police will listen and take heed when someone tell them a worrying situation they encounter I hope. We need more honest Gents like you.

It good that the police are taking thing like that serious. Where to do the raid on right places , to counter and help trafficked Lady or Ladies who been force by p*mp against their consent. That Lady probably could been raided and arrested.

But I still believe you done right thing to cooperate , as if not it could been lot worse for you. It seem police where watching that area and seen you leave to which took a chance to question you on it.

They usually do watch the area first and then set up a raid in near future. Let hope no client be there when it happen , as it be a horrible experience I would believe.

Just be careful in the future chap who you meet. Trust me not all what it seem and if caught in the wrong place , could bring you years of despair of people and family knowing about your punting life. But yes say little to them mate and you have a lucky escape chap.

No I do not believe she was being trafficked, in retrospect, the flat where she was operating from is in an upmarket area with mostly residential houses, and noseybneighbors with alot of time on their hands.
I would say the place was reported by such neighbour and probably used the trafficking angle to get the Gards attention.
In future I will still to more anonymous places to visit .
Apartment blocks are good with plenty of people coming and going .
