That a point to make is if the Lady got raided and police check her phone for number , are you liable to be prosecuted if your number and texts on her phone. It could be deem a meeting took place with the Lady.

But if she not working alone and has someone living in the apartment with her , like a partner or a pimp then that a different issue and a concern alright. Could land you in trouble if client got caught or question by police.

But I strongly believe a Lady sharing with another Lady and both working professional Lady (Escort) should be excuse by the law for both their safety. It tough business and both Ladies will feel safety in pair.

I've found when dealing with the gardai,it really depends on the guard u meet
If they aren't too bothered you'll be able to talk your way out of it fairly easy

But if they want to cause u problems,they'll cause u fucking problems one way or another!
This applies to judges too

On a side note,i've found the female gardas much more aggressive in getting convictions and causing u hassle than their male

Texts don't prove paid sex took place. You're legally allowed to hire an escorts time. The new law means nothing to me.

I do think they are enough to make a case to bring the punter to court. That and the escort profile advertising the services she offers. And I think the naming and shaming in court is the one most clients are concerned by
