Very vag. Interesting to know and circumstances that guys was 'caught' .Maybe that guys are young guys coming drunk from pub and approached street workers and Garda was around the corner watching... can be... is not any details abut circumstances so i will wait to see actually how happened before to scare.

There are circumstances u will be likely to be caught or u are in the Garda eyes so they cant pretend they didnt see u...if u understand what i mean..
