There is loads of advise posted here for newbie, including by me and several others. Search.
Only way to start is the phone. Girls do not use text or pm even when they say they do, unless they have met you already.
Nothing for it except the old phone. BTW I still get nervous ringing a new girl, its just part of the experience.
But please, keep the call short and to the point... when where..and maybe favourites.
You will get a general location and then when there (5 minutes max before time) you will need to ring again for exact details.
