Wrong name in Logbook

No. i even texted him on whats app and normal text asking him to call me back when he have time regarding my logbook but ..nothing. Never dealt with car dealers but its seems is not happening only in escorting world but in any sector ... once handed money...they forget and the client have to be satisfied not only you... but in long run their business will not be so good.. reputation is building and if is bad... then no more clients in future... i left him a good review because everything was good at the beginning... but not sure now.... i,m a person who always leave reviews on restaurants, hotels, etc... honest ones... most of them are bad but is not my fault... i just have been honest and i don't think my expectations are to high... but still...i,m understandable person but i hate people who just run like this dealer. Have spine and call me and just apologize for not having time to deal with my logbook for 2 weeks,, that fine i will not kill u,(the mistake admitted is half forgiven) i understand u busy there ,but just running and hiding and not answering my call... is just .. a coward move . Hate this people who cant take responsibility for their action and cowardly hiding .

It looks like they are hiding something but am surprised the Main Dealer found the car to be good as it was with no bad hidden history, Anyway good to hear you got it sorted and he is one to avoid in the future

Notmally you just fill out the logbook your self with the details.

If you still have the logbook with you, just call the info Freyr gave it to you and ask how do you correct the name on it.

I had a similar issue but i never bothered then i lost the logbook and went to the garda station and they replaced it for me and corrected the details too.

the buyer never gets the book, she/he fills in details and he sends it off to shannon, to give it to the buyer would be a huge risk; I didnt know the Garda Station had a vehicle licensing certificates/vehicle registration department , shiver me timbers ,now that is a good one
