Three do prepaid credit debit cards. You top up and spend what you have in the card.

How do prepaid cards work out on foreign travel? do they work anywhere visa works? can you avoid paying commission?

Is it right to assume that there is no way of getting out of having the card posted to me.
I cant post it to my work. Can any of these be picked up at the counter of a shop?
