I've been handed damp towels before but they were clean, just not fully dry, other towels that were stiff as boards but clean too so that was ok. I've returned from the shower to see a towel placed on the bed over the bedcover, to, I suppose, mark the area in which we'd be "having all the fun" lol. That was disheartening.
These were rare occasions overall. I'll bring a towel myself if at all possible

Time for a little customer survey . What are some of the extra little things that you appreciate in a booking, I'm not talking about favourites but things like good location, selection of toiletries etc etc. . .
