cant seem to shake this off, got the slendertone machine and waste of money, I am now sitting at the pc posting this and there is a roll of fat over my belt, have to loosen the belt a few notches before i sit down and even then there is alot of overhang, so how did you lose yours?

A gram or two every other day and 6 shags a week should do it.
