The thread was to do with what he supposedly did not with who he is.....I know nothing about him.

It was explained by Floki as to why he wasn't banned so I now know all I need to know.

No Stephanie I started the thread.
I read on another thread that a guy had been apparently spreading vicious rumours about an escort via PM and was wondering why he wasn't banned.
Floki explained as because it was via PM it can't be proved beyond reasonable doubt what he said as his PM's could be edited after by anyone giving a different angle as to what he did write in his PM's.

I have the screenshot of that PM ... !

Management would have that PM and I would confidently speculate they’d have

copies of other , related PMs as well .

I know for a fact that that person was actively exchanging similar PMs with

numerous guys on the Forum : some had sense to cut it short , others

begged off altogether, some felt sympathy and felt they could help , and

some others saw an opportunity to collect information and cause harm ,

upset the boards and cause havoc .

But do Not forget , the root of all this is one person spreading rumors about a girl .

Founded or unfounded, damage is done .

Very true once rumours are spread whether true or not alot of them stick....it is amazing what some people believe that is why tabloids like 'The Sun' sell by the shipload.

We cannot take actions on something that we cannot see.
Although a screenshot of a PM was posted on the forums, we cannot act on this as the PM could have been edited before it was then posted on the forums.

However, if the PM itself was reported, then we can look into what actions we may be able to take, if we can take any.

Seeing that the Troll who so egregiously posted a PM on open forum has garnered himself a LifeTime Ban ,

he would not be in a position to Report said PM .

I think it’s sortof like your atty / client privilege : it expires along with your client .. in case he passes on .

Kind of like a LifeTime Ban passing of a Troll from this realm passing onto another .


By all means I am Not advocating to make public this person’s PMs , but I think it is Well Warranted

that management should look into it and evaluate how much damaging information / misinformation

is being maliciously spread by this person . In my very humble opinion xxx

I know you guys have a very difficult job , and things like this only add to your woes , but I think

it’d be to the benefit of the community , and to the benefit of us girls !! X

I read on one thread (can't recall which one) that a client had apparently been spreading vicious rumours about a lady escort here via PM....if that was the case then why wasn't he banned or are the rumours he was suppose to be posting by PM a rumour in itself?

so how do you know they are rumours or are you just speculating here yourself as one guy has been sending pm's about an escort and all true. This was of course a health issue
