As the Highwayman said, you would hardly notice them but one small observation, there is a rule of no posting on a ladies advert thread unless it is a question in relation to the advert, yet time and time again we see people start bitching matches on them. This is wrong and should be tightened.

Now I know QPH put in a post pointing out that all further posts would be deleted but that’s like not putting the Horse back in the stables after it has bolted!! All the post's should have been deleted, and to compound it, AD Staff accidently deleted it and Patricia re-instated it (on request), now that 2 Mods and the queen of the hill herself, why am I the only one to feel this way and point this out??

on saturday and sunday myself and ric and luther were all away. i dont know at what time it was deleted or re-instated. qph has a better picture of what happened.

I hardly notice that theres any mods at all. I have no problem with having mods. Their needed for removing personal information and racist remarks like dom saod. Also for removing inappropriate pictures.

You are correct Anon and I agree with you, this should not go on (I've been guilty of this in the past.........sorry............I've learned my lesson............

The reason there might not have been anything done on the above thread is perhaps there wasn't a mod here at the time and then there isn't much they can do only to issue a warning that any more posts will be deleted, as I've done a few times before, but if we delete posts that someone left a while before we get there then we get complaints about posts being deleted regardless of what section they're in.

If the posts are looking for information etc. I usually just leave them, or if the escort is involved in a bit of banter on her own thread I don't get involved unless it's getting nasty.

IMO, others posting on escorts ad threads usually starts with someone looking for information, profile, location, price etc. and goes on from there. As I've said in the past, if escorts linked their posts to their profile page if would help this problem a lot.

I agree with you 100% Anon. It is something that needs to be stopped. An ad is an ad and the forum is the forum. I posted when I did to stop what was an ad from becoming a thread on topics nothing remotely to do with the Escort and also no Escorts should have her ad used to debate her rates. I would also like to thank people for their cooperation after I posted to ask them to not continue.

If I or other mods had caught it earlier then it would not have gone on for as long as it ended up but we are volunteers and have our own stuff to do also and there will be times that we all happen to not be here at the same time. As far as I know the Escort is happy enough with the situation as it stands but I am open to correction on that and for my part I will be deleting similar posts that fall outside asking about service, dates, etc, or a bit of banter with her which also is fine but all Escorts need to be made aware of their total right to have certain types of posts removed from their ads and to that effect as far as I know a post was put up in private forum to that effect and I hope all Escorts will make use of this and exercise that right in future. They only have to hit the report a post button and all mods will get a message sent to there mailbox here and outside Email and it will be dealt with far more speedily and hopefully no repeat of that incident will occur…

It had already gotten to become a lengthy thread but by the time I saw it Bbj. I could see it was only going to continue and that it was also going of of various tangents and the more posts that were posted then the more that might eventually have to be deleted and therefore the more pissed off posters if that happened so I posted to stop it continuing and people were 100% cooperative. I did not delete what was already posted just because my deleting anything here no matter how valid can erupt into something bigger and I did not want that Escort to be caught up in some bullshit that has nothing to do with her so as rest of mods were not around I left admin delete what related to her rates. The issue of should everything be deleted was discussed but I felt it was up to the Escort whose ad that was to do so and at thing of writing she has not done so.

It is hard to find the perfect balance in protecting an Escorts ad from being taken over like that and also allowing debate and I think the people who posted just forgot that ads and gen chat are different and all gave 100% cooperation after I posted.

I also wish to publicly apologize to Sasha Eve as I have already done privately for my also not deleting one comment made to her which was offensive to her. I should have done it much earlier but was as I say hesitant in deleting anything for fear of dragging that other escort into a bigger mess just because it would have been me that deleted it.

The endless rubbish aimed at me in any mod issue resulted in my being overly hesitant and as a direct result of that Sasha Eve paid the price in what was said to her not being deleted by me and I wholeheartedly apologize to her.

i dont understand why anybody would have an issue with you deleteing it when it was the apropriate thing to do but mostly i dont see how your or any other mods activity is relevent to "draging" anybody into anything

I dont see were rubish is aimed at you because people have a differnce of opinion but your nature seems to be one that cant admit faults and at times you do try to hard and thats when you fail because you only see your own agenda and not the bigger picture

This is progress you have admited that your moding up to date has not been up to par thats the first step, but you shouldnt let peoples perceptions guide how you do things if its the correct action to take well then fault can not be found.
Realy i think we can all agree the community mods for the most part go unnoticed and the place hasnt changed all that much except pat has a bit more time to go shopping or whatever she does and isnt here.
