I sincerely hope not. There should be a rule that Ireland are allowed to pay rugby on astroturf.

    I hope they can

Confirmed by comments here the Irish are a nation of doom mongers and naysayers(as befits a formerly colonised and subjugated people) but we still probably won't win the world cup.We have to be considered in the mix though.

Ireland I'd say have a pretty easy and should win their group, Samoa in second, Scotland in third.
England's toughest games will be against France and Argentina, but think may just top the group.
Wales to play Australia and Fiji, would be great to see those games, but Wales to finish in second, behind Australia.
Whilst Italy are basically screwed when they have to play against New Zealand and South Africa.

Who will win the World Cup this time?
Well the way some of the top teams have be playing in the past couple of years, it's going to be very tough to decide.

I am going to say New Zealand to pull it off again and become champions for their 4th time, making it 3 times in a row.
If anybody else wins, then full respect to them.

The country that invented the game, England are the only Northern Hemisphere country to win the World Cup, which was in 2003 and what a final it was too.
But will they win it again? They did come close in 2007, but South Africa were just too strong.

Agree, England won't win, but it would be a great final to watch.
