Most of the girls probably still in school ! Me I was nearly finished work, but spent the next 5 days in the desert, so did not get home.

I was working in Dublin when the news report of the first plane came on the radio. When I heard World Trade Centre it meant nothing to me but a work colleague was visibly shaken and he said fuck that's the twin towers. When I then seen the TV footage the hairs on my neck were standing. Couldn't believe what I was watching.

I was in Sardinia on holiday, got lost driving went into bar to ask directions, everyone was looking at TV , I thought it was a disaster movie of some kind, do not speak Italian, could not figure out the atmosphere in there , got back to hotel then of course it hit .

but you know the world did not stop turning , terrible tragedy and I condemn it totally , but reality check in some parts of the world it is a daily event bombing , deaths in hundreds , or thousands , sometimes barely makes news here like say Yemen right now how many children starving to death ? . Just bringing balance to this .
