The doctor who said you could orgasm is obviously wrong, unless he was trying to use hypnosis.

If the surgery was near the prostate area or pelvis, there may have been nerve damage which may take a long time to repair or may be permanent.

Tell the doc he / she is wrong and you can’t orgasm and it’s seriously affecting the quality of your life.

I saw your other thread where you said the procedure involved your prostate.

This can be a relatively common side effect of prostatic surgery.

You need to talk to your consultant or doctor.
