I'm just gonna throw my own two cents out on this.

Out of all the escorts I've seen on this website - I can honestly say, I never actually got the feeling any single one was being coerced or forced to do something against her will.
Maybe I'm giving too much credence to my intuitive ability there but - such has been my experience.
