Well hopefully you do get to meet again as friends sometime in the future but you have to respect her wishes if she doesn't want to.

Why would you give somebody your address/ personal email or non work phone number unless you wanted them to contact you in the future. That said as time passes and people move on friendships no matter how close tend to wither.
I am fairly certain there are some ex escorts who have new lives and have buried there past in a big hole.
