Most large social media sites are infinitely worse than this one in terms of the levels of general nastiness that can occur.

For a start,if more posters looked for discussion first instead of denouncement and tried to remain a bit more
open minded to others perspectives

Showing a little empathy more often and the non acceptance of abuse and threats as the established norm

More proactiveness from mods with blatant trolls also

There should be a zero tolerance stance towards that kind of carry on, and the fact that those guilty of said actions are still allowed to carry on posting their toxic drivel is disgusting. Even some of the idiots on this thread downplaying this kind of behaviour, I'm not sure which is worse: causing said behaviour or making light of it!

And what you gonna do Floki? It's the same guys trolling for "emotional reactions" while openly admiting to doing it in a way that stays within the strict rules of EI. Same guys who come on every thread to spread negativity, to insinuate about escorts ages, to insinuate about escorts nationalities. The same guys always turn every thread into one about themselves no matter what the original topic was. And slowly, the only people who remain are those who do nothing else but that bullshit and some thick necked oldies who'll be posting from the mortuary one day.

The problem is easy to see, hard to define. The solution is easy - 10 posts to full posting access is too cheap. It should be 100 posts. Or 1 month. Or whatever it takes to make it very expensive for people to hobby troll.

The presence of droppinloadsonmommiespanties or whatever he calls himself these days, is an indictment of sensible moderation on this site.

Unfortunately the 1 month thing would never work Dr Hotbags cos some of the trolls have other accounts they opened long ago, sometimes even years, and they resurrect them when another profile is banned. If the ordinary forum users can spot the trolls I don't know why EI have such a problem spotting them and dealing with them accordingly!!
