It could be "well known" because it's used regularly because it's so safe and discreet.

Finding accommodation that is suitable for work (private, of high standard, well located etc) in Ireland is HARD. Many hotels are unworkable, rents are higher than ever and stigma/whorephobia against escorts is as bad as ever. It's way harder than say 5 years ago. Does this make it a crisis, I don't know but it's hard.

Then for every guy who won't visit a hotel there is one that won't visit an apartment. It's so hard to win.

I say do whatever your gut tells you. If you don't like the idea of visiting a place described as "well known" explain that and move on
