Increased sexual performance and reduction of refractory period via DA enhancement is theoretically relative to prolaction suppression via dopamine based activity in the pituitary - something something, hypothalmic pituitary adrenal axis dependent prolaction production.

Prolactin is released after nutting - which essentially causes the hog to go floppy.

DA increase, may reduce or even mitigate this.

So - time dependent dosing?

I'm no endocrinologist but - I doubt that would be sufficient for more complete prolactin suppression?

I'm not totally clear on the very in depth specifics of the mechanism but, if it were relative to something like, say, intraneuronal transduction via DA receptor protein binding - this takes, at a minimum a couple of days.

Cabergoline, unlike other DA enhancers, is long acting - dosed once to twice a week so, I guess even with one dose, you're ultimately gonna see some kind of an effect anyways.

I know prolactin levels can also dictate testosterone production, estrogen production - thus when bodybuilders take synthetic test, they use DA agonists like caber to suppress the rebound estrogen production and thus prevent estrogen related sides, like man boobs.

And apparently DA activity will also regulate growth hormone - again, there's a little complexity there; I'm pretty sure that won't tie into sexual performance but, obviously they're used to treat or prevent gigantism I believe - if I have that correct.


Anyhow - I'd give it at least a few days before anticipating a nut like mandingo - just my opinion.
