U can get very good deals on hybrids especially as the vrt is very low on them. Also if sterling is weak, it helps.

If buying from a dealer, the warranty may not be valid in Ireland plus it’s a pain to bring it back for repairs.

If buying privately, get the RAC or AA to check it.

Rust or motorway driving isn’t a problem these days but make sure it’s got a full service history preferably by a main dealer.

Got to factor in the cost of travel over and back as well as time, still worth it though.

There’s a lot of guys making a living out of importing cars from UK.

I will go in Belfast in tour in 3 weeks and i will have a look at the dealers there. ON Boucher Road many big car dealers but i,m not sure if is one and for Audi as is my favorite brand, I have seen Jaguar there and Mercedes.. still if my car loan will not cover the Audi price i,m thinking and to Skoda ... i noticed many taxi drivers there have skoda and they say is a very reliable car...and to be honest at very affordable price... i found one from 2011 for arounda 3000 sterlings

Audi A5 2010 + or Skoda Superb/Octavia . Found a Audi A5 2011 for around 8000 sterlings and VRT is around 2000 something euro as well found online a Skoda Superb 2011 for around 3000 sterlings.

Im a fan of science fiction movies and Back to the future was one of my favorite. But i have to refuse you as i,m not a sporty driver i prefer classics :P n plus i dont use people to buy things for me and a car definitely nobody bought for me neither my father lol . I use to work and buy myself everything i need it and as much i could i bought nice things for the loved once

I would choose the Skoda Superb TDI, Have always driven a Skoda, especially the Superb as very reliable, good looking and they got fantastic leg room in the back and that's a must if you do Car Meets regularly

Yes hadway i got many good recommendations for Skoda. My uncle drive a Skoda Superb home and he is very very happy with. As well i traveled many times in taxi Skoda Superb in Belfast and i was impressed so spacious.. think is the size of Audi A6 isnt? and i asked and few of my clients what they think and many said yes is very reliable. Will see.. i want to do my homework very well before to buy , i,m always very meticulous person and do my things properly..or at list try to do lol

p.s no i dont do car meets i like confort to much to can be squeezed in a car with a guy lol... that age gone for me ) but i like to be spacious as i have a dog and many shopping bags when i go in tour )
