need advice please

Wont start, or the starter wont even make an effort to spin the engine?
If engine is spinning fast enough, is there smoke from the pipe?
If not, its either air locked, or the rack in the pump is stuck (assuming you have the stopper in)
Try tapping the pump with a 19 spanner while spinning the starter.

If the starter wont even make a sound, it could be the neutral safety switch on top of the gearbox. Pull out the rubber matting and lift the inspection place to see. Short the 2 wires and try again.

All this is assuming you have a known good battery, and all connections are good.

You are wasting your time even thinking about his problem as it doesnt exsist.

Heat up the glow plugs before you start it.Either that or get a box of matches and some firelighters.

Pull off the end cap from the air filter canister, get the engine spinning on the starter, and SPARINGLY give it a whiff of Easy Start.
See what happens.

EDIT, what kind of hours are on this thing?
Has it been getting harder to start?
Easy start will overcome poor compression, and should get it running at least.
If it starts with the easy start, its time to look for a High Speed starter, cause they get addicted to E S.
If that dosent work, it would almost sound like the timing had slipped.

No way thats stuff is bad, my neighbor used to spray it on the balls of his bulls and it put them crazy, riding all before them.
