Hi all If I send a pm to a lady how do I know if she has responded and where do I see it?

top right where it show the back of an envelope. You then go to my profile.
Its unusual for a newbee to get a response. I find that i only get responses from some of thoe i have met before.
I suspect that the girls would need full time PA to respond to all correspondence.
